Return Policy
We follow the European Union's 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return costs, such as shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items sent back to us without a return request.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. This includes custom-made products (custom orders) that are not available as standard items in the online store.

Refunds
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive your money back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund.
